Marketing new home builds is highly competitive and changing at a rapid pace. Consumers are demanding more from their homebuilder — more transparency, more access, and more flexibility. Through a series of campaigns and a re-framing of the offering, we helped the client re-emerge in the market, rebuilding and nurturing trust with their future buyers. Particularly, the foundational work on the brand and improved storytelling allowed for better conveying of the value and niche service they delivered.

The mission was to bring creators, artists, local business and the culture-loving community together. With the launch of a community arts centre, they aimed to provide a platform to connect, collaborate, celebrate, and promote the rich cultural tapestry they inherit. We worked directly with the stakeholders, roadmapping a community-nurturing model of communication, articulated the goals the initiative helps achieve through a year plan, as well as facilitated partnerships with local businesses which provided added practical value in the local ON community.

Recognizing the need to evolve to a lifestyle brand dedicated to healthy eating, we devised and implemented a new comprehensive content and socials strategy. Breathing new life into the brand — by creating original relatable content — the campaigns managed to renew interest and loyalty from its now expanding customer base.
