A not-for-profit founded by a group of passionate creatives and community leaders aiming to bring performing arts and heritage culture projects to life, looked to us to help them build communication channels
The mission was to bring creators, artists, local business and the culture-loving community together. With the launch of a community arts centre, they aimed to provide a platform to connect, collaborate, celebrate, and promote the rich cultural tapestry they inherit. We worked directly with the stakeholders, roadmapping a community-nurturing model of communication, articulated the goals the initiative helps achieve through a year plan, as well as facilitated partnerships with local businesses which provided added practical value in the local ON community.
